Sanctioned = 100, state-linked theft = 95, ransomware = 90, reported scam = 80. Risk 0 means no records.
We report whether the exact address appears on the public lists above, with each source's own confidence figure. We do not run on-chain graph analysis, do not guess a "suspicion" score, and a clean result is not a compliance clearance — it only means none of these sources has reported the address.
