Mad About You

Mad About You is a domestic sitcom for people who like a couple-at-the-center format, where ordinary married life becomes the whole engine. By our assessment, its strength is the compact comic timing of two-person banter and the way the show turns small domestic frustrations into sustained, recognizable comedy. The limitation is built in: this is not a show that aims for big plot machinery or broad genre play, so its range depends on whether that relationship dynamic works for you. In practice it feels like a very familiar New York-style sitcom, with conversation doing most of the work and the apartment as the main stage. Mad About You sits comfortably among the classic relationship comedies, and it keeps that focus tight.
