Air City

Air City sounds sleek, but as a drama title it tells you almost nothing beyond a place with movement and transit in it. By our assessment, that kind of name usually fits a series that leans on urban routines, professional friction, or life around airports and travel. Its weakness is plain: the title is broad enough that the show has to do extra work to become memorable. In practice that often means familiar drama textures rather than a sharply unusual hook. Compared with more specific titles, Air City sits on the generic side of the map. It is the sort of series people notice for the setting first and remember, if it works, for the people inside it.
