A squeeze toy is as simple as it sounds: a soft toy or stress object made to be compressed in the hand and spring back. By our assessment, its best use is the small, mindless relief of squeezing, fidgeting, or giving restless hands something to do. The downside is just as plain: these things can wear out, split, or lose their shape, and the appeal depends heavily on the texture and firmness of the material. In practice the whole experience is about touch, not features — you squeeze, it gives, and the loop repeats. It sits in the same broad space as stress balls and other fidget toys, with less prestige and less complexity than any branded gadget. The limit is that it stays a very small object with a very small job.
