abel auto net-jantes max+ is a wheel-cleaning product for car owners who want brake dust and road grime off alloy rims without scrubbing forever. By our assessment, that is exactly where it should earn its keep: these cleaners are judged by how well they loosen stubborn dirt around spokes and wheel faces. The downside is the usual one for this category, namely that strong wheel cleaners can be harsh if they are used carelessly, so the user has to follow the product’s routine closely. In practice, it is a spray-and-wait job more than a hand-polish job, which makes wheel cleaning faster but also a bit more chore-like than it sounds. Compared with general car shampoo, it is a more targeted tool for a mess the shampoo often cannot handle well on its own. It is for people who keep their wheels tidy and want a specific cleaner for that task, not for someone looking for an all-purpose wash in one bottle.
