Yin Yu

Yin Yu has the kind of name that could cover almost any small consumer item, and that vagueness is the first thing that stands out. By our assessment, it reads like a low-information product rather than something with a clearly established place in a category. The appeal of a product like this would have to come from a very specific use, because the name itself gives no help. The problem is that the same emptiness makes it hard to judge value or quality from the outside. In practice, items with this sort of label are the ones people meet only after they already know the exact purpose. Yin Yu sits in that awkward middle where the packaging says less than the buyer needs.
