YI TONG Baby Walker is for a very specific stage of early childhood, when a child is being supported in the transition from sitting and crawling toward standing and moving around. By our assessment, the main attraction of this kind of product is that it can give a baby a place to hold on and a parent a bit of help with mobility indoors. The honest downside is that baby walkers are not a substitute for supervision, and their usefulness depends heavily on the child, the floor, and the design of the frame itself. In practice they are bulkier than they look in a product photo, and they take up floor space in a way soft toys and mats do not. Compared with activity centers or a simple play mat, a walker is more about movement support than play. YI TONG Baby Walker is a narrow tool, not an all-purpose piece of nursery gear.
