Tiyol Pull String Teething Toys sit in the familiar baby-teether category: soft chew toys that also use a pull string or textured parts to hold a baby's attention. By our assessment, that combination is the point, because it gives sore gums something to gnaw on while adding a simple tactile distraction. The downside is the usual one for this kind of toy: strings, loops and small parts make supervision and careful cleaning part of the bargain. In practice these are more about keeping hands busy than about any grand developmental promise, and they live or die on material quality and safe design. Compared with plain silicone teethers, they sound a little more busy and featureful, but the real test is still whether they are easy to wash and hard to pull apart.
