What sets Thowall Tower Power Strip with Wireless Charging apart is the mix of mains sockets and a wireless charging pad in the same tower body. By our assessment, that is handy for a desk with a phone, earbuds, and a laptop charger all competing for space, because one upright unit can handle several kinds of power clutter at once. The downside is that wireless charging is still slower and fussier about placement than a cable, so the pad only helps when the phone sits in the right spot. In practice these mixed towers feel like desktop organizers more than electronics in the glamorous sense, with the charging surface adding convenience rather than magic. It sits above a plain tower strip, but below separate premium chargers and more robust power gear. The right user is someone who wants fewer loose bricks on the desk; the wrong one is anyone who needs fast, exact charging every time.
