TQF looks like a short brand or model code, which makes it hard to judge as a standalone product name. By our assessment, that kind of label tells almost nothing about the thing itself, so the main issue is not quality but clarity: a buyer still needs the actual product behind the code. The advantage, when codes are used well, is compact identification across a line of items; the downside is that they are forgettable and opaque on their own.
