SUNN Vélos de course is for road cyclists who want a race bike feel rather than a comfort-first city bike. By our assessment, the appeal is the usual one for this class: light frames, fast rolling positions, and the direct, efficient ride that makes road bikes feel alive on asphalt. The downside is just as familiar, because race-oriented bikes trade away comfort, upright posture, and rough-surface forgiveness, so they are not the easy answer for potholes or casual errands. In practice they ask for a bit of commitment from the rider, especially in fit and handling, and they reward that with speed on smooth roads. Against hybrid or commuter bikes, they are narrower in purpose but sharper in the job they do. Someone who wants a lively machine for training, club rides, or long paved routes will get the point quickly; someone looking for a relaxed everyday bike will probably not. SUNN keeps the focus where racing bikes usually live: low drag, quick response, and not much interest in pretending to be anything else.
