SMART FORTWO is the little city car people reach for when parking space matters more than luggage room. By our assessment, its clearest strength is size: it threads through tight streets and squeezes into spaces that bigger cars simply cannot use. The honest limit is just as obvious, because the cabin and cargo area are small, and it is not built for long-haul comfort. In practice it feels like a car designed around short urban hops, easy turns and low-speed maneuvering, with all the compromises that brings. Against normal hatchbacks, it trades versatility for urban ease, and against scooters it still gives you a roof and four wheels. SMART FORTWO makes sense where the road is cramped and the driver wants minimum bulk.
