SAstro Ceramic PTC Heater is a small electric space heater for heating one room, a desk corner, or a patch of air that feels cold in winter. By our assessment, the ceramic PTC element is the useful part: it is made for quick warm-up and a more controlled heat output than a bare coil heater. The trade-off is the usual one for compact heaters, because they are not meant to replace central heating or handle a whole flat. In use, this kind of heater gives direct warmth fast and usually asks little more than a socket and some clear space around it. It sits among portable fan heaters rather than oil radiators or large panel heaters, so the emphasis is on speed and local comfort. The real limit is the room size and how well the fan can spread the heat.
