Renault Twingo III

Renault Twingo III is a small city car for drivers who care more about easy parking and tight turns than long-distance comfort. By our assessment, its best trait is the way it uses a very short body to make urban driving less awkward, and the rear-engine layout in this generation gave it an unusual packaging advantage in the class. The trade-off is obvious: a tiny car gives up rear-seat room, cargo space and calm highway manners. In practice, the Twingo III feels built around narrow streets, short errands and places where every metre matters. Compared with larger hatchbacks, it is much more of a city tool than a do-everything family car. It is also one of those models where the name helps mostly if you already know Renault’s small-car line.
