Pejo THE SMURFS looks like a branded product that uses a licensed cartoon world for its appeal, so the real audience is usually children or collectors rather than anyone after a plain functional item. By our assessment, that sort of packaging can be charming when the character tie-in matters, because the name does a lot of the selling before the object even shows itself. The downside is that licensed branding often says more about the look than the quality or usefulness of the product inside.
