PERRO CON LUZ Y SONIDO sounds like a toy made for small children: the kind that flashes, makes noise, and keeps a child busy for a while. By our assessment, its appeal is the simple light-and-sound gimmick, which is easy to understand and does not need setup or skill. The trade-off is obvious too: that same kind of toy can get repetitive fast, and the sound part may be the bit adults tire of first.
