A headlight for outdoor use has a very clear job: it frees both hands while giving a beam for walking, camping, repairs, or any low-light task where a phone torch is a poor substitute. By our assessment, the big strength is practical focus, because the light goes where you look and stays there when you bend, climb, or work close to something. The trade-off is that comfort, battery life, beam width, and weather sealing all matter more than they do with a casual flashlight, so a cheap one can feel awkward fast. In use, the headband and front weight decide whether it disappears on the head or keeps reminding you it is there. Compared with a handheld torch, it is less elegant in the pocket but far better when both hands must stay busy. Outdoor Headlight is for people who need directed light and free hands, not for someone who just wants a spare lamp for a drawer.
