Nissan Juke (F16) is the small crossover for drivers who want a car that does not disappear in traffic. By our assessment, its biggest strength has always been the oddball styling and compact footprint, which make it easy to place in town and easy to spot in a crowded car park. The price of that personality is rear-seat and boot space that are not generous, so the shape matters as much as the badge. In practice it is a short, upright little SUV rather than a roomy family wagon, with the F16 name marking the modern generation rather than a mechanical promise. It sits below larger crossovers in comfort and space, but above plain hatchbacks if what matters is the higher driving position and a bit more road presence.
