Miquelrius Little Monster Pencil

Miquelrius Little Monster Pencil is for school bags and pencil cases, where the point is less the graphite and more the playful themed design that makes a basic pencil feel a bit less plain. By our assessment, the good part is straightforward: it is a simple writing tool with a decorative twist, so it can be appealing for children or anyone who likes stationery with personality. The limit is also straightforward, because themed pencils are still just pencils, and all the usual things matter more than the character on the barrel: lead quality, breakage, and how well it sharpens. In practice it should behave like an ordinary pencil first and a cute object second. It sits in the busy stationery middle ground between plain school pencils and collectible novelty supplies, and Miquelrius Little Monster Pencil makes sense when the look matters almost as much as the writing. By our assessment, it is a small style choice rather than a serious specialty tool.
