Manhattan Rattle Teether is a baby teething toy, meant for infants who are chewing on anything they can reach. By our assessment, it is good at the basic job teething toys have to do: give a safe-ish surface to mouth and a little noise or grip to keep tiny hands busy. The limit is obvious too, because a teether is never a real toy replacement and never solves the problem of sore gums on its own.
