Lykta solcell is a solar lamp, the sort people use outdoors where getting a cable to the right spot is annoying or impossible. Its main strength is plain enough: it charges from daylight and can light paths, patios, or a garden corner without a mains connection. By our assessment, the drawback is also built in, because solar lighting depends on sun, season, and where the panel can sit.
