Klocki

Klocki is a plain toy building-block product, the sort of thing children use to stack, sort, and make simple shapes with their hands. By our assessment, that old formula is still its best feature: blocks teach grip, balance, and making something from loose pieces. The limit is just as old, because blocks rely on imagination and open play; if someone wants electronics, rules, or a fixed goal, this kind of toy has little to offer. In use it is all about picking pieces up from the floor, fitting them together, and knocking them over again without much ceremony. It sits with classic construction toys rather than any themed gadget set, and that is exactly why it still makes sense. Klocki works best as a basic, low-drama toy that leaves the child to decide what it becomes.
