JJGoo LED Balloon Lights are a small party accessory for dropping a little glow inside balloons, paper lanterns, or other light decorations. By our assessment, their main advantage is obvious: they are tiny, cheap-looking add-ons that can change the mood of a room with very little setup. The limit is equally obvious, because balloon lights are temporary, battery-tied bits of decoration and not real lighting for a space.
