GTV

GTV is a name that can mean different things in different markets, so as a product label it gives very little to go on. By our assessment, that makes it hard to praise or condemn on substance alone, because the real use depends on which GTV is meant: furniture, lighting, electronics, or something else entirely. The upside of that broadness is that the name can cover many practical goods, but the downside is equally plain, since the label itself does not tell a buyer much. In practice you have to know the exact line, model, or category before the name becomes useful at all. As it stands, GTV is too thin a label to carry a strong judgement, and that is why the middle rating fits it better than a sharper one.
