Floria Hand Mixer

Floria Hand Mixer is the sort of small kitchen tool people reach for when they want batter, cream, or eggs mixed without hauling out a stand mixer. By our assessment, its main appeal is the simple hand-held format: quick to grab, quick to put away, and less clumsy than a larger machine for small jobs. The trade-off is obvious as well, because this kind of mixer asks you to do the holding, moving, and bowl control yourself. In practice that means it lives near the sink and gets used for short bursts rather than long, heavy mixing. It sits in the plain middle of the category, between whisking by hand and a full countertop mixer. Floria Hand Mixer makes sense for smaller kitchens and ordinary baking, and less sense for thick doughs or frequent heavy use.
