Field Safety Notice

Field Safety Notice sounds like the document people reach for when a product, site, or piece of equipment needs a clear warning attached to it. By our assessment, its value is in being direct and official-looking, because a safety notice exists to make people stop, read, and follow instructions without fuss. The downside is that it is usually narrow and reactive: it addresses a specific issue, not a whole system, and it may be useful only for the people already affected.
