Fidget pen

Fidget pen is a small desk toy for people who keep turning a pen in their hand while thinking or sitting through calls. By our assessment, its appeal is the simple mechanical distraction: it gives fingers something to do without turning into a full gadget. The downside is just as plain, because a pen built for fidgeting can be noisier, bulkier, or less pleasant to write with than an ordinary pen.
