Borderline Editions Kluster looks like a small tabletop dexterity game built around magnets and a very simple table setup. It is for people who want quick play, light rules, and something that turns careful hands into the whole point. By our assessment, its appeal is the immediate tension of placing pieces without making the cluster collapse, which gives it a clean party-game feel without much fuss. The downside is that this kind of game lives on the novelty of the mechanism, so once the trick is familiar it can feel thin. In practice it should be fast to learn and easy to bring out, but it asks for a steady surface and enough patience to reset when the magnets do what magnets do. It sits closer to a novelty abstract than to a deep strategy game, and that is both its charm and its limit.
