A lighter’s basic job is simple: create a flame on demand, and Bestsub Lighter appears to belong to that everyday category. The name does not establish whether it uses disposable fuel, is refillable, or has any particular ignition or safety feature, so claims about its design would be speculative. By our assessment, it cannot be distinguished from ordinary lighters on the information available. In use, any lighter still depends on fuel and careful handling around flame.
