By our assessment, its strength is obvious: one motorised platform can show an item from every side without anyone nudging it. The downside is equally concrete, because this kind of stand adds a power cable, a motor, and a size limit, so it is for light objects and careful setups rather than anything heavy or wobbly. In practice it gives a simple rotating motion that helps with presentation but does not do much else. It sits well below proper retail display hardware and above a lazy Susan in ambition, and it is best for tabletop showing rather than everyday storage.
