Arrogance

Arrogance is the sort of name that puts a lot of weight on the bottle before anyone has even seen the product line, so the first question is whether the rest of it can justify that attitude. By our assessment, the brand sits in the ordinary consumer fragrance space where the name does much of the positioning work and the product has to do the rest through scent and presentation. The weakness is also plain: without a specific scent profile or a stronger public reputation to lean on, it is hard to say anything more exact than that it appears to be a mainstream perfume or cosmetics brand. In use, that usually means straightforward packaging, familiar fragrance territory, and little in the way of collector appeal. It is not trying to be rarefied, and that keeps expectations grounded rather than inflated.
