Addo Play Woodlets Lift and Look Puzzles is a toddler puzzle line built around chunky wooden pieces and little reveal pictures under each lift-up shape. By our assessment, that lift-and-look idea is the point: it turns matching into a small discovery game, which is exactly what younger children tend to enjoy. The downside is that the puzzles stay simple on purpose, so older children will outgrow them quickly and adults will not find much challenge there. In use, the pieces are the sort that invite pointing, naming, and repeating, with enough sturdiness to survive rough handling better than thin cardboard. It sits nicely between board books and more serious jigsaws, and the Woodlets name fits that preschool, hands-on lane. Addo Play Woodlets Lift and Look Puzzles is for early learning and short attention spans, not for anyone wanting a difficult puzzle.
