AUDI, e-tron is Audi's electric line for drivers moving from petrol cars into battery-powered models. By our assessment, its strength is the familiar Audi feel wrapped around quiet electric driving and quick response, with SUV and sportback shapes in the range. The downside is the usual one for premium EVs: weight, charging planning, and a price band that puts it well above mass-market electric cars. In practice it feels polished and heavy rather than playful, which suits long, smooth driving more than narrow streets and fuss-free ownership. Compared with Tesla it leans more conventional in cabin design and driving mood; compared with cheaper EVs it offers more finish but less value. It is the sort of choice for people who already want an Audi and now want the plug, not a conversion project.
