ADAR Skakanka

ADAR Skakanka is a jump rope, plain and simple, for cardio, school gyms, and anyone who wants a compact piece of exercise gear. Its main virtue is that it gives a lot of movement for very little space, and it asks for almost nothing beyond rhythm and a bit of room. By our assessment, the downside is just as plain: if timing is off, the rope becomes annoying fast, and rough floors or poor handles can make it less pleasant to use. In practice it is one of those tools that feels basic in the best way, because there is not much to learn beyond jumping cleanly. It sits well below bulkier fitness machines and above casual toys in seriousness. ADAR Skakanka is for simple training, not for comfort or bells and whistles.
