858 Toys Remote Controlled Car is a small battery-driven toy for children who want steering, speed, and a bit of crash-prone fun on the floor. By our assessment, the appeal of a remote-controlled car is easy to understand: it gives immediate feedback, so every turn of the handset changes the car right away. The trade-off is also familiar, because cheap RC toys can be noisy, fragile, and short on battery life. In practice this kind of toy is about simple control rather than realism, and it tends to be more fun on a clear indoor surface than on rough ground. Compared with hobby-grade RC cars, it is the lighter, simpler end of the category. 858 Toys Remote Controlled Car makes sense as a basic plaything, and the ceiling is set by how much rough handling it can take.
