Peanut Chocolate Treat Bag

Peanut Chocolate Treat Bag is exactly what the name suggests: peanuts coated in chocolate, in a bagged snack format made for casual nibbling. By our assessment, the good part is the simple sweet-salty combination, which is familiar and works without much explanation. The limit is just as plain: this kind of product has a narrow range, because it mostly has to live or die on the quality of the peanuts and the chocolate coating. In practice it is the sort of thing that disappears by the handful, not something with layers or surprises. Compared with more elaborate confectionery, it sits on the plain end of the shelf. The catalogue label Cacahuètes au chocolat is the whole story here, and that honesty is the appeal as much as the ceiling.
