Wings party mexicain

Wings party mexicain are chicken wings aimed at the easy, shared-food end of the market, where flavour matters more than neatness and the point is to put out a tray that can be picked at. By our assessment, the Mexican seasoning gives them a clearer personality than plain wings, and that helps when the wings are being served as a snack or casual meal. The trade-off is that wings are still wings: more bone and skin than meat, more mess than a tidy chicken cut, and not the thing for anyone after a lean, straightforward portion. In practice they ask for oven space or heating and then hands-on eating, which is part of the appeal. They sit alongside roast chicken products rather than fillets, and the 323089, 1033, and 0 in the name are catalogue numbers, not a sign of quantity or size.
