Knorr Soupe Déshydratée Douceur d'Asperges 3 Portions is a shelf-stable powdered soup mix for people who want a quick asparagus soup without fresh vegetables or broth work. By our assessment, its strength is the pantry convenience: dry soup keeps well and turns into a simple first course with very little effort. The downside is the usual one for dehydrated soup, which is texture and depth; it can taste polite rather than vivid, especially next to fresh asparagus soup. In practice it is a sachet product, stirred into hot water and left to do a very basic job.
