Zeekr is the electric-car brand people look at when they want a more premium Chinese EV with a strong design and software story. By our assessment, its appeal is the way it pairs fast, modern-looking electric hardware with a distinctly upscale cabin and a tech-first image. The downside is that it lives in a crowded EV field where software polish, charging ecosystem and long-term service matter just as much as the first impression. In practice, Zeekr is the sort of brand that promises a lot of screens, range talk and polished surfaces, then has to prove itself in everyday ownership. Against other EV makers it sits in the more aspirational part of the Chinese market, not the bargain end. The country on record is China.
