Wildberries

Wildberries is the online marketplace people use for clothes, household goods, beauty items, and all the fast-turnover shopping that lives or dies on search and pickup points. By our assessment, its strength is sheer retail breadth: there is a huge assortment, a very marketplace-like feel, and a logistics model built around parcel flow and local pickup. The downside is the same one that comes with large marketplaces everywhere: quality can vary by seller, listings can feel messy, and the user has to sort through a lot of choice. In practice it is the familiar mix of app browsing, seller pages, order tracking, and pickup rather than a polished boutique storefront. It sits closer to Amazon-style marketplace retail than to a single-brand shop, and that is exactly why so many buyers use it for commodity shopping. The Russian country code in the catalogue fits that picture well.
