VL MANZOLI MANUTENCAO DE EDIFICIOS is the sort of firm people reach for when a building needs ongoing care rather than a dramatic overhaul. By our assessment, its real strength would be routine maintenance: fixing, checking and keeping common systems moving instead of letting small problems grow. The drawback is that this kind of work is only as good as the details, so it can look invisible when it goes well and frustrating when something is missed. In practice, maintenance companies live on calls, schedules and repeated visits, which is less exciting than construction but often more necessary. It sits below the large promise of a full contractor and above a one-off handyman job, and that middle position is exactly where it makes sense.
