Tradmaker feels like a lean name for a trading or making business, the sort of label a startup uses when it wants to sound practical and slightly technical. By our assessment, the appeal is its brevity: it is easy to say, easy to fit on a logo, and it hints at either trade or production without overexplaining itself. The weakness is the same one that helps it keep things tidy: it is so compressed that it can blur into a lot of similar names.
