STELLAR PROPERTIES LTD

STELLAR PROPERTIES LTD is aimed at property ownership, letting, or management rather than at anything decorative in the name. By our assessment, the useful side of a property company is straightforward: it can hold buildings, manage rentals, and keep the business of premises in one place. The trade-off is that the word properties covers a lot, so the name says very little about whether this is a landlord vehicle, a management firm, or a development outfit. In practice, people meet this kind of company through leases, maintenance, and paperwork, not through glamour. It sits in the middle of the property world, where the real difference is usually between decent administration and slow, messy administration. STELLAR PROPERTIES LTD sounds polished, but the real test for this kind of company is the unglamorous day-to-day handling of buildings.
