SRB PROPERTY LTD

SRB PROPERTY LTD is the kind of company people run into around landlords, leases, holdings and other parts of the property world. By our assessment, its strength is straightforwardness: the name tells you this is about property, not some glossy public-facing service. The weakness is equally plain, because property companies can be very narrow and often exist mainly to own, manage or hold assets rather than to offer anything visible day to day. In practice that means a quiet corporate shell is often the whole point. It sits well inside the ordinary middle of the sector, between a local holding vehicle and a more active development business. SRB PROPERTY LTD is not trying to be memorable; it is trying to be legible on paper.
