SMARTTRADES (WALES) LIMITED

SMARTTRADES (WALES) LIMITED sounds like a trading business, probably one that wants the word smart to suggest speed or market awareness, but the name alone does not say which market or which clients. By our assessment, it is a plain limited company name with a regional marker, and that keeps it from feeling like a consumer brand. The upside of that sort of name is that it is easy to file and easy to place inside a wider corporate structure. The downside is the familiar one: almost no clue about what is actually sold, handled, or advised on. In practice, names like this are tidy on paper and vague in the real world, which is useful for administration and less useful for recognition. SMARTTRADES (WALES) LIMITED sits closer to a generic business label than to a business description, and that is about all the public can safely take from it.
