SINALOA CARTEL

SINALOA CARTEL is a criminal cartel rather than an ordinary company, and that alone puts a hard limit on how warmly it can be assessed. By our assessment, it is not a business in the normal sense of selling a defined product or service; it is a violent organised group associated in public reputation with drug trafficking, coercion, and control of routes and territory. That is the concrete thing people mean when they name it, so any discussion has to start there. The downside is not a trade-off but the nature of the thing itself: secrecy, intimidation, and criminal harm are built into how it exists. In practice, that means there is nothing to admire as a service or a product, only a name with a dark public reputation. Compared with a lawful company, it has no legitimate customer relationship to judge. The only honest mark here is a low one, because the name points to organised crime, not commerce.
