SEPRIV, S.A. DE C.V.

SEPRIV, S.A. DE C.V. has the feel of a Mexican corporate entity whose real business is hidden behind an abbreviation-heavy legal name. By our assessment, it is most useful as a sign of a registered company rather than as a clue to products or services, because the name gives away the corporate form and very little else. That is handy in formal settings and frustrating anywhere a customer wants to know what the company actually does. In practice, this kind of name can cover almost anything from trading to holding activity, so the main limit is opacity. Compared with a descriptive local business name, SEPRIV, S.A. DE C.V. is cleaner on paper and poorer as public information. It feels like paperwork first and public identity second.
