Rockafellow Psychological Services sits in the world of talk therapy, assessment, and other mental-health support, and by our assessment it is the kind of place people use when they need a psychologist rather than a doctor for medication. Its strength is the human scale of that work: careful listening, structured sessions, and a setting built for private conversation. The limit is equally clear, because psychological services are not instant fixes and they do not cover every crisis or every need. In practice the work is slow, personal, and often repetitive, with trust and time doing more than flash. It belongs among counseling and psychology offices, not broad medical systems, and people who want focused support may find it more fitting than anyone expecting quick answers.
