Richard Preston

Richard Preston appears here as a company name, but nothing in this listing says what line of business sits behind it. By our assessment, that keeps it in the same shallow territory as the other bare-name entries: identifiable, but not really describable. There is no product, service, or public reputation to anchor a fuller judgment. In practice, it is just a label on a page, which is enough for indexing and not enough for any real sense of the company. It sits below even a modestly specific business because there is no visible niche to judge. Richard Preston remains a name first and a company only in the loosest sense from the available material.
