REGENCY OFFICES LTD

REGENCY OFFICES LTD sounds like a landlord or office-space company, the sort that is built around suites, leases, and the practical business of letting rooms to other firms. By our assessment, that makes it straightforward enough as a corporate name, but also rather generic: it signals offices without saying what kind, where, or for whom. The upside of that plainness is that the purpose is easy to guess; the downside is that it tells you very little beyond the fact of commercial property. In use, a name like this belongs to contracts, directories, and letterheads more than to anything a customer would remember. Against a branded workspace operator, REGENCY OFFICES LTD feels more old-fashioned and less descriptive of a real offer. It is most legible when read as a property-holding or office-leasing vehicle.
